Medlife — Non refund of Amount

I ordered a medicine online in a period of lockdown due to covid-19. Company has received my ordered give order id:- or317khb-002a dated 28/03/2020 and company requested for online payment so i made payment of amount rs 919.88 through my credit card online (Statement attached) and received a confirmation mesg from medlife about my successfully payment, after that my order is vanished from app and no any information given by med life i m trying so many times but no any positive response given by medlife. I raise my voice through email and whatsapp with all the details than also medlife is not responded. I feel like a cheated that’s why i m filing a complaint. For evidence i m attached copy of cerdit card statement though which amount is paid to medlife also email screenshot of payment successful message. And a copy from where i compliant to medlife and whatsapp mesg as suggested by call center executive to file compliant through whatsapp there is no any single reply received from medlife. Please want my money back which i paid to medlife.
