Medlife — not delivered the medicines on time for prepaid orders | |||
My order id is - or9288as-010a. I have ordered my medicines on 7th of october, 2019. The issue is they are running out of stock for 1 medicine from the 3. The total order amount is 796 rs. This order is prepaid order, payment done online on olamoney. So, for that medicine they have refunded the amount of 303 rs.in my olamoney wallet. But for the another 2 medicines they have modified the order from their side.in which i am facing the issue is medlife is showing that the amount of 492 rs. For that two medicines is due. But i have already done my payment. For this issue i am contacting the customer care, but they are not resolving the issue. They are only wasting customer's time and money. The delivery date is 14th of october. The delivery boy is asking for the total amount which i have already paid. With the company's technical issue that delivery boy went without delivering any medicine. I am suffering for this issue from last 4 days. The people from customer care are not solving the issue. This is such a harassment for the permenant customer and a patient. For that issue customer care is informed for 3-4 times before the delivery of the medicine also. But after 7 days also, they are failed to deliver the medicines and services. Was this information helpful? | |||
