Medlife — not issue medicines (k-ion)

I am mrs. Vrushali v. Chachad, from panvel-raigad, maharashtra

My medicine order no. Or2864xt-006a has been delivered on 20th day of august. I seen medicines next day but at the date of delivery k-ion medicines are not issued for me. Immediately next day i msg. Forwarded to delivery boy. But he was not replied me, so i call medlife customer care but lines are almost busy.

So, i want my medicines early as possible.
