Medlife — not processing refund

I have paid the entire amount at the time of ordering the medicine but afterwards they have altered the order and the amount of medicine get reduces from the original amount & they are not refunding the amount instead repeated request.It's since 2 days the order is delivered but refund is not processed.
My order id is- OR5929KY-001A
Refund amount is Rs.215
