Medlife — not providing my gst no. on the bill they are generating

Order id OR8418Ida-001 made on 20th jan 2019 sunday, i had made an order through medlife app, When i received the order along with the bill the bill has a option of inputing the customer gst no., When i called up the customer care they are denying to add my gst no. On the bill provided by them, Please provide the solution for the same
