Medlife — not received order due to payment confirmation

I have ordered the medicine. I have made the payment online. The delivery boy came to deliver the medicine but he asked for payment which we have already done. I made the payment 2 days before. But the courier service did not get any update yet. Please update them as well asap so i can get my medicine. My order no is or1139lta-001a. Please do it asap. I need it urgent. I am stuck. I also tried to contact customer care no but it was not working.

Updated by nidhi@yadav I have not received my order yet when I saw a status on the website it is showing "customer refused to accept" but the truth is no one has come to deliver the product again. How can you mark as resolved without getting the update?
