Medlife — not responding to customers through calls, mails anything

I had ordered medicines through medlife, i paid online, but when the order came the delivery boy asked to pay money as they don't get any update of my payment. So i cancelled the order. After cancelling 2 days it's since i did not git any refund neither i seen any difference in order status on medlife app. It is showing that order is out for delivery. Very worst app and service. I continously calling to customer support but they are not able to connect.
