Medlife — offered less discount

I offered only 25% discount on mrp

I had received sms from medlife (Sms screen shot attached) on my registered mbl [protected]
In sms it is very clear discount 20%medlife+10%e-cash on all medicine orders
Use code ec55
So according i followed to request for 2nd order and then i got call from medlife pharmacy dept in night at 09.52pm from no.[protected], medlife person also confirm that i will get 30% total discount on 5nos ordered medcines mrp

But during order processing, only 25% discount is considered
Please help and correct the same
