Medlife — online ordering - delay in sending the products

Dear sir,

I have stopped ordering the products from medlife considering the past experiences however i get calls from medlife during working hpurs on my registered mobile number [protected].
In past my orders were cancelled without intimating to me.
I had challenges in getting refund, the order was not complete delyaed by almost 10 days than the assured date of delivery. My mother is a diabetic, asthmatic, heart and thyroid patient 77 years old.
I kept calling medlife everyother day i got false assuarnces

The people on call centre keep the call waiting for more than 10 minutes and disappear. They do not transfer my call to next escalation level and keep me waiting for more than 10 minutes on toll free number.
My orders were cancelled without intimating to me or my inputs.

The licence of this company should be seized as they are indulged into serious customer deficiencies

Let me narrate my past experiences with Medlife

You may in turn go and check the history of track record.
I order medicines for my Mother Lalita Saraf – 77 year old
She is suffering from Diabetes, Asthma, Heart ailments, , lesser bone density

Earlier, I placed the order which was promised to be delivered in 24 to 48 hours, I kep getting messages the order is delayed by few more days.
Every time I gave a call to your call center I used to get fall assurance on next delivery date which was never committed.

This was not the first time it happened with you, this is repeatition of same experience.
I have made up a mind not to order any medicinces from you going further. I got calls from your people last week to give another try and lots of persuation.
I placed an order yetsreday and today it was cancveled without my consent or notice. I only came to know through sms.

I realy got frusterade and trued calling your helpline number[protected] atleast 3 times. I asked to transfer the call to the senior officer so that I can narrate the incident.
He kept me waitong fro more than 15 minutes without informing me in between or letting me know if I should wait or logoff.
I tried another time some person named “Sumit” picked the call from Mumbai call centre and when I told him earlier experience he mentioned the person may be aware or got required training.
However he did the same act of keeping me waiting for almost 20+ minutes on phone, I gave up and disconnected.

My simple question if you are not interested in doing the business why to trouble the consumers by calling and harassing them.

You are mentally torturing y all the above acts, I have placed the complaint formally in consumer forum and all other channels to expose your real face.

The Medlife company has taken my cellphone number and number of messages sending me every day. It is irritating me. How I can stop this messages from medlife I couldn't understand.
I advise the company not post any messages without one's permission. It is too bad to disturb the public n it is one type of nonsense thing.
