Medlife — online ordering - delay in sending the products | |||||
Dear sir, I have stopped ordering the products from medlife considering the past experiences however i get calls from medlife during working hpurs on my registered mobile number [protected]. In past my orders were cancelled without intimating to me. I had challenges in getting refund, the order was not complete delyaed by almost 10 days than the assured date of delivery. My mother is a diabetic, asthmatic, heart and thyroid patient 77 years old. I kept calling medlife everyother day i got false assuarnces The people on call centre keep the call waiting for more than 10 minutes and disappear. They do not transfer my call to next escalation level and keep me waiting for more than 10 minutes on toll free number. My orders were cancelled without intimating to me or my inputs. The licence of this company should be seized as they are indulged into serious customer deficiencies Was this information helpful? | |||||
