Hi, This is regarding the worst service provide by medlife. And best example to show why someone can't relay on online portal. Placed an order on 9 sep 2019. Earlier delivery date was 11 sep 2019. On 11 sep, morning i called customer service for status update. At that time come to know that there was shortage of medicine (No call from your end about status.) i requests to deliver whatever available. Medlife customer care assured that it will deliver today i. E. 11 sep 2019. But delivery was rescheduled to 12 sep 2019. On 12 sep i tried to call delivery agent multiple time but no response from his side. In the evening, able to connect him. He refused to deliver and spoke rudely. Then after i took follow up multiple time with customer care for delivery. First two time they told that it will deliver today. At 8:00 pm when saw the order status then in that delivery date is rescheduled to 14 sep. When called back then come to know that delivery agent reschedule without my knowledge. In the last call your team assured that medicine will deliver 13 sep before 11:00 am. But yet not medicines are delivered.
