I have prepaid 2916 INR of above mentioned order on 31st July and total bill amount is 2961 INR. However when Delivery boy (Xpressbees) came to my home and asked for 2961 INR instead of just 45 INR. I have been calling Medlife helpdesk for last 5 days, several complaints logged but still my medicines parcel showing COD on Xpressbees portal and not Prepaid, I came to know that despite of my several efforts and complaint logged to Medlife customer care not a single email sent to Xpressbees (as confirmed by Xpressbees agent on phone to me) and on 8 th day it is showing COD on delivery partner portal and Medlife confess that they have my Money received but not reflecting on Xpress bees portal? This is pathetic and unprofessional service from Medlife, please let me know when i can expect my medicines? Was this information helpful? | |||

I had ordered for the medicines 5 days back. But still I did not receive the medicines. Will I get it or not ? I paid the cash through online itself already. I need resolution immediately. Please do the needful. No proper responses from your team. If this continues then I will complaint in consumer Court for sure
