[Resolved] Medlife — order cancellation and refund

Order# or35471ka-001a. I have ordered medicines through medlife on 06-04-19. They have changed the medicines in the order and also demanded extra amount in cash at the time of delivery for which i did not agree and did not accept the parcel for the above reasons. As on 17-04-19, they have not cancelled my order and are not processing my refund despite multiple calls and emails.
