Medlife — order cancelled at its own wish

Please advise on this you can't just cancel the order without any intimaton. Delivery was due today. Received a call yesterday evening that its not available
Whatsapp message says order confirmed and i have paid as well

This is totally not acceptable. Please advise urgently i need medicine for my mother its late night and medicine not delivered
