Medlife — order no. or2169kca-010a - urgent..!!

Hi medlife team,

This is regarding my subject order no. Or2169kca-010a placed on 12 july 2020. Please note that this was a prepaid order and when the medicines were delivered to us on 15 july 2020, the delivery agent again collected the cash from my parents who took delivery of the medicines misstating that the order is unpaid. I was not reachable at that time due to me official commitment and my parents are senior citizens, the delivery agent took benefit of the situation and collected cash from my parents amounting to rs. 1006. I tried to connect with the delivery agent named "balwantshadowfax" reflected in your medlife mobile app on his number "[protected]" as per the link therein but never got my call answered.

Thereafter, i raised this complaint on your customer care number[protected] on which i was later confirmed that the warehouse has acknowledged cash collection against the said order and that the payment has accordingly been collected twice. Not once but multiple times, i called customer care before today to check the status of my complaint and on two occasions, i was was confirmed and acknowledged by the customer care expert that the amount has been collected twice against the subject order. They confirmed that they have initiated the refund process which can take few extra days due to lockdown, etc as everybody was operating from home. You may check these facts from the call recording you do for all the customer care call you receive.

It has been almost a month now that i have not received the refund. Further, when i called the customer care today again to check the status of my refund, i am told that the warehouse is stating that no cash was collected against this order. Not sure, how come you people can change your statements. After you are confirming that the cash has been collected and acknowledged that payment has been collected twice and will be refunded, how come now you are stating that cash was not collected. Not sure how medlife operates. I and my family are regular customer of medlife and regularly order medicines from medlife and do not expect such a treatment from you guys. I am sure you would also not prefer losing customers like this and cause harm to medlife reputation.

Request you to look into this matter on immediate priority and refund the amount wrongly collected twice from us. Please treat this as urgent..!!
