Medlife — order not delivered after multiple follow ups and showing the wrong status as delivered

Regarding order or6426tfb-002a. It was supposed to be delivered on 29th may but is not delivered yet. I followed up multiple times over email and call but issue is not resolved yet. Also they are wrongly showing the status as delivered on the online website. It's enough following up, i want my money back now, if you are not able to deliver it cancel and refund my money.
