After ordering the medicine janumet 50/1000 mg on oct 08, 2018, i was first asked to make a payment of rs 1866.77. Soon as i made the online payment, i received another message to pay another rs 143.60. I paid that too online immediately.
The next morning, through a sms, i was informed that invoice has been raised and i should pay another rs 173.63 cod at the time of delivery. The link provided for tracking delivery is not working.
I want to understand why ask payments three times, why not in one go? Also the the total price now being charged is not working to even 30% discount as widely claimed at your website.
And where are the medicines at the moment. It is already more than 48 hours since the supplies were ordered.

I paid RS 754 for my order no OR2423CU-001A but they sent medicine of RS 584 only and not refunding my remaining amount. Even my delivery was delayed and I had to call and write to their customer care at least 15-20 times. The worst customer care they provide.
