Medlife — order product but cancelled and money haven't received even after 20 days received

I ordered medicine on 4 march but the order got cancelled and the amount of rupee 469 have been deducted. I haven't received the amount even after 20 days what's a shameful services. Beware of frauds. Never place an order payment online. It might be stuck.
Medicine delivery company should think towards the customer problem and should solve the issue in no time.
