Medlife — payment deducted twice for single order & refund not initiated

Address:1, Ram krishna reddy building, Hebbagodi, Ambedkar road, Bangalore

I had ordered few medicines in medlifee and had received my order on 13th april.

However delivery team requested me to make the payment in cash claiming that i have not done the payment previously. And i made the payment assuming my previous payment made online may had got failed due to which i had to pay rs.830/- in cash to receive the order, as i needed it urgently for my aged father.

Can you kindly help me initiate the refund of payment done via amazon pay, which i am attaching here.

I have not received any call backs or responses from the MedLife team in last 3 days. I have started to believe that Medlife is finding ways to cheat customers in critical times like this. Why would the company denote that the payment is not done, when its already done.
