Medlife — Payment of medicine

I have ordered medicine from medlife and paid online. My order ID is FL[protected]. But when the delivery executive came to deliver the order, he said i have to pay cash on delivery. Medlife is doing fraud, taking double charges for the medicine. I have not get my medicine. Medicine is a essential product. They're playing with patients life. I have called many times to customer service they said they have raised complain. It has been more than 48 hours they are not doing anything. They are not updating the delivery executive that the payment is already been done.
