Medlife — Permanent deletion of Medlife account

I want to delete my medlife account permanently but there's no any option of deleting account in medlife page or app. I receive frequent promotional calls and text messages from medlife and it irritating.

Please do something needful as early aa possible.
I can give my mobile number where i get messages from medlife.
