Worst customer service ever. I had ordered a medicine on 27th march after repeated request they told me they will deliver it by 29th april. As i needed the medication urgently i tried to call them since morning on 29th march. The customer service num kept on putting ime on hold for 9 10 mins at a stretch
And then at 14.46 they changed the scheduled time from 29th march to 3rd april without notice. If this kind of service the want to provide to their customers then steps should be taken against them.

The delay was neither intentional nor wanted, but due to non-availability of stocks which is beyond our control.
