Medlife — received a damaged delivery and customercare is not lodging the complaint | |||
Hi, Recently i have ordered my medicine bearing order no 'or7206es-004a'. After repeated delayed and failed delivery from the delivery person and lodging 3 incidents, the delivery guy delivered me the parcel on 1st aug, 2019. Along with tablet medicine there was syrup medicine which was wrapped and licking. After inspection i found the bottle is broken and the delivery guy fled from the place. Since 1st august i have been calling to medlife customer care several times to lodge a complaint but none of my complaint is being registered by the team. The pathetic customer care team is putting me on hold and not allowing to escalate the call to higher authority. Was this information helpful? | |||

For medicine confirmation call schedule 2 am and morning 7.20 am, after this call i got message doctor is tired to call you

I ordered medicines on line with their executive including insulin on 2/8 with a committed delivery on 4/8. Medicine is not delivered even on 5/8 and their customer care executives are rude and clueless
