Medlife — refund amount not received in my account

Sir, i had order pampers active baby from your medlife app and payment has been also paid to you, but order was cancelled your side on 30 mar 2020 but my refund amount not received in my account till to date. I want say to you that i talk to your customer care no (Customer care employee) then said to me that my refund amount initiate in my account up to 10 apr 2020, but today is 11 apr 2020 and now my refund amount not initiate in my account.

It is requested that please may be credit my refund amount in my account.
