Medlife — refund for cancelled order | |||
Hi, I have ordered medicine on 13/06/2019 on your mobile app. But on the day of delivery i. E. 16/06/2019, when i called your customer care to know when the medicine will deliver, i got to know the order was not processed due to some technical error in your end. The person suggested me to cancel the order, so that i have cancelled it. Your customer care person assured me that the amount will be refunded to my account with in 5-7 days. After that i have several time follow up with your customer care every time got assured that by next 24hrs it will be refunded. When i again called your customer care today, got to know the refund request is not processed till now and it will be processed today. I am seriously fed up of your pathetic service. As a new strat up you should take care of your customers. And in retail word of mouth is very important to retain your customers also. Its not only unprofessional service i got from your end its also about your response time which is really pain full. As you are doing business in medical sector you should be more cautious about your service. My order id - Or1668mpa-001a Amount deducted - ₹7270 I request an update and speedy response from your end.
