I am ordered a some medicines with the order number OR6471NZA-012A on 24th of april.
There is a medicine called "Rapilif D new 8 MG", I have ordered for 40 capsules i.e 4strips. Some day ago on 30th April I got my delivered at my home. When I checked the parcel, all medicines are fine but that Rapilif medicine is only 20 capsules i.e 2 strips.
Immediately I called customer care and assured me that I will got my refund after checking what went wrong.
But from that day neither any refund I got nor any customer care executive picked up my call. This is frustrating situation for me as a long time medlife customer.
