Medlife — refund initiated but never received

Hi i have order medicine on 23rd of july, and made complain for the same that i was wrongly charged for one of the medicine, my order is or3877ao-003a till date i have not received refund and every time i call for complaining, executive will reply me with only one answe, your complain is in process and refund will be initiated soon, either they are making fool of me, or they are totally not aware, how there system is working
