Medlife — refund not given

I purchased some medicines from Medlife, which were delivered to me on 2nd Nov, 2018. I had already paid in advance for the medicines. On the day of delivery I received a message that, part of my order is out of stock, thus they are refunding the amount.
Till now I have called their customer care a number of times, they assure to look into it but don't reply. I even raised the issue by using the "write to us" option in the app. But still no reply.

Then contacted them over FB messenger, where the customer care executive assured to look into the matter, and post that there is no reply even on repeatedly contacting them. Now it's close to 1 month and I still await my refund. Order ID # OR8028QW-001A
