Medlife — refund not processed nearly a month

Kanchi nagar extention, Plot no 2C, Vinayagapuram, Kolathur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, 600099

There are two payment done on 9th February for the order which I placed for rs. 90.15/-. However still one payment not credited to my account which had cancelled while I'm making payment.

More than 5 times I called the customer care team and still they are asking me to wait 7 more working days to get the refund which I really don't understand.

Please look into this let me know the status of my refund at the earliest possible
