I had transaction with order I'd OR8569NEA-015A with amount Rs. 557.09 on date 5th December 2019. After cancellation of order till date refund not received after mail communication and multiple follow up.
Registered number for order is [protected]. Payment mode was partly from credit card and remaining from paytm. Please update ASAP for my refund status.

MEDLIFE LAB IS WORST AND IRRESPONSIBLE
I have made payment of 406 on 2nd January 2029 for my lab Blood test using Amazon Pay as of now I didn't got my blood report.
When I called customer care they told that payment is not paid. But I paid on that day in front of lab collecting person through payment link which is sended by so called medlife company.
Please Solve this problem as soon as possible.
I am attaching the payment receipt through Amazon Pay along with this mail

This is last, I should never use Midlife App for my life Even I called customer care so many times but it's not solved yet. If this is continuous further i will put all the problem I faced in Google review
It's really very disappointed from your side as you guys are playing with health isuuse. I know I didn't get any reply from your side because previously also I sended mail but that doesn't helped and no reply. If your company not maintain proper custermer care support then you should shout down your company
Please send Lab report as soon as possibl. If not Refund my money I should not use your service it's useless and unfaithful
