Hello, I placed an order with medlife on 1st january for rs 5048.24 for some medicines and for cash on delivery. On 3rd january i decided that it would be easier if i made the payment with online banking and did that. When the delivery person came over, he declined to accept the online payment and demanded for cash. Since i didnt want to pay twice, i cancelled the order. I was told i would receive the refund with in 7 working days. Now it has been almost 3 weeks and i still haven't received the refund. Kind regards Nipun patney Was this information helpful? | |
