I ordered a pack of insulin HUMALOG MIX 50/50 order #OR7703HJC-001A, which I received on 15th Feb '21. Upon opening the outer package, I found that the carton inside was already opened. Hence, I returned it, which was picked up on that same day. This was a cash on delivery order. Hence, they said that the refund of Rs 3066.25 will be made through Medlife wallet. Since then I kept following up with their customer team after every couple of days either through their call center number or through mails. Initially, every time I called I got the reply that they are working on it and the money would be credit in the Medlife wallet, some said within 24 hours, others said within 72 hours, etc. After some days, in the app it is showing as "Refund Completed, " but still the amount is not reflecting in Medlife wallet. Hence I had to call again and this time they said that their Medlife wallet has some technical glitches hence the money couldnt be credited. And they asked me to provide my bank account number, which I did provide them. Now, on 27th February, when I called them again, they said they were not able to transfer the money in my bank account for some reason. And asked me to confirm again. Upon stressing, they said there was a problem on their end, and they will try to refund in my bank account again.
Just to bring to your notice that this medicines which I bought and have been purchasing from Medlife for the past one year was for my mother who is terminally ill. In this Covid times when everyone is going through cash crunch, why are these fraud companies allowed to play with customers money.
Please refund ASAP
