I had placed an order for medicines on the medlife platform (Total amount was 683.51) and had paid the same on 25th march. I received a message on 29th march from medlife team quoting my order was modified due to unavailability of medicines i had ordered.
I had to cancel this order (On 29th march) due to unavailability of medicines upon which i received a message from medlife team affirming this action and it also stated that the refund details shall be communicated shortly.
It's been 9 days since order cancellation and i haven't received my refund back yet.
