Medlife — Refund not Received since 2019

I had requested for return of medicines, They retuned my money in cash wallet. I did a transfer to Bank Account from cash wallet but still I haven't received the money in my account.
This is the transaction of Sept 2019, we have been following up with customer care every alternate day, every time I get different response.
as per their request we have even sent them my bank account statement as a proof of not receiving the refund amount. Medlife Customer service is below standard and not at all helpful.
