Medlife — refund not yet received

My order i'd is - or8707az-001a.
I placed order on 5 dec and returned in 2 days. I has contacted customer care several times. They say problem will be resolved within 24 hours but still i has not received refund.

Even after 11 days refund not yet received
I want refund as soon as possible.
