Medlife — refund of duplicate payment due to medlife app issue | |||
On 12dec2019 i tried to pay medlife for my medicine order worth 723.94 thru net banking and my money got deducted frm account but i dint see any payment update on medlife app finally delivery agent keeps telling me to pay cod then only delivery will b done. I also checked with customer care n thy told unless i do cod thy will bot deliver. Finally after cod i got my medicine but i dint get my refund of amount which is paid thru net banking. I am continuously checking with medlife customer care n thy told its been received and we will forward ur request to finance department to issue refund as its duplicate payment. Regarding this i mailed twice and called several times but my issue is still not resolved. I am fed up of this kind of service and never will go fr medlife and will not recommend anybdy too. I hope if this forum can help me to resolve my matter else i dont think i will get my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||
