Medlife — refund of money against cancellation of online medicines

Hi,
I had placed an order on medlife.com on 10th december 2019, order id:or8616uza-001a of order value rs. 3171.20/-
After 2 days, i got a message from medlife saying that the product is not available and hence are unable to deliver it and they will initiate the refund for the same. I called 3 times and sent mail but still now i didn't received money.

Medlife customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I ordered some med on 6th December 2019 and my refund has been initiated on 8th December but it did not reached to my paytm wallet yet. Everytime I tried to talk to the customer care service, they always tell me to wait for another 2 days.
It has been over 10 days now, please I want my money back as soon as possible.
