[Resolved] Medlife — Refund of Order no. OR1573ODC-001A | |
We had ordered the following products on 26th October under order no. OR1573ODC-001A. 1. Calcitas D3 Capsules 2. Control D Blood Glucose Test Strips 100 The same were returned on 29th October and the refund has been received for the first product i.e. Calcitas D3 Capsules. The amount for the refund amount for the same is Rs. 197.49. However, the refund has not yet been initiated for the second item i.e. Control D Blood Glucose Test Strips 100. The product value is Rs. 1, 289.40. We normally order Accuchek active test strips. However, the sales agent confirmed to us that Control D strips will work in Accuchek machine and upon her insistence we purchased these strips. The sales agent gave us wrong information and hence we have returned the product. But inspite of returning the product on 29th October we have still not got the refund. Everyday we are getting false assurances from the customer service agents that the refund will be processed with immediate effect. But these are just standard scripted replies and they have no intention of returning my money. If you check my call logs, you will notice that I have been calling everyday for the last two weeks but still I have not got any resolution from Medlife. This is tantamount to customer harassment and it is causing me a lot of distress. Was this information helpful? | |
Dec 7, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Consumer complaints is a horrible company. Not at all interested in resolving complaints of consumers. You guys should close this site. Medlife customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
