I ordered two medicine (OR7809UIA-003A) on 25/04/19, and full amount paid through online. but one medicine (Name Tonikem Gold) cancelled by medlife on the next day. Other one medicine delivered on 30/04/19 which was cost Rs.518.32. My remaining balance (Rs. 165.30) not refund yet today. Why??? My order id was OR6562FLA-001A. They supply me 4 broken syrup and they did not receive my medicine. I called their customers care 3 times and also mailed 2 times. I booked my return request on 23rd april 2019. Please refund my amount. Thanks.

I ordered two mukti gold hair wash shampoos but they charged me for 4. At home my mother gave them money and when i returned i found only 2 instead of 4 bottles. Their customer service isnt helpful. They are cheating their customers like this by charging extra. Please dont order from them ever.
