[Resolved] Medlife — refund process | |||
I have ordered medicine from medlife website. The amount haa been deducted twice from my account. I have paid by the amount through debit card. I told the delivery person that the amount have been deducted from my account. He told me that the amount has not been received and it's showing as fail, when i asked to show the last transaction details, he is not listening to me and telling me that i need to swipe the card again. So the double amount has been deducted and its not yet been refunded till now. Please resolve my issue asap. It almost 17 days from the date of ordered. Was this information helpful? | |||
