Medlife — refunded amount not credited after 2 months | |||
On 3rd july i ordered some medicines.5th july i got it which was totally wrong medicines, they delivered. On 6th july i returned those medicines to delivery agent. Medicines amount was 1500/-. After few days my return has completed which was shown in medlife app. After 2 months till now i didn't get my refunded amount. Everyday i call to customer care, they say within 48 hours it will be credited to my account. But it really not happen. Why are you cheating to every customer? Please refund my amount as on immediately basis. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have booked an order and made payment in medlife on 02december. But the order got cancelled automatically on 08th december. When i contacted your customer service, they said the order bottles were broken and they asked me to create a new order. I created a new order, paid the amount again and my second order was delivered .
But my first order amount was not refunded yet. Could you please check and update me.
Below is the message I got on 8th december.
"Medlife has initiated refund of your order OR5622GZA-001A. Refund will be credited based on payment mode chosen by you".
