[Resolved] Medlife — report not found

Blood sample collect on 25/02/19 of ranu but not received after 10 days.
And after making many of call to customer care they are not giving any complaint number or solution, every time they told us we working and giving your report in 24 hr.
Please resolve this and now I want my money back.
