I have returned product on 19th september with the order id or8625lj-008a. Its been more than 1 month. Everyday i am following up with customer care and raised compliant still no response. While delivery boy collecting the product it was in good condition but now customer care is telling like product is damaged. I am not responsible for that because while returning it was in good condition and taken by delivery boy. Don't cheat customers by giving invalid reasons we are not fraud to return the product which are damaged by us.
I have spent 200 rs currency for customer care call. I need refund amount or else product. Its not good service by taking profit from customers without refund and returning product. Its worst service. I used to recommend my friends to use this app but now on wards i will not suggest any one. Was this information helpful? |
