Medlife — return of purchased medicine

Dear sir,
I have purchased medicines against your bill no. Hyd[protected], dated 18/05/2018. Now my doctor change my medicine so i no need of this medicine much more.
Therefore i kindly requested to you please do the needfull as early as possible to return my medicines.
Details of medicines as follow -
1. Formoflo forte trans cap 30 - 1 bottle

2. Tiate 18 mcg transcaps 15 - 1 bottle

Sir i have ordered few mediciens .and you comitment this order is delivered at 4th august 2018.but my mediciens are not delivered at 5th august2018.
I am diabetic patient .and my mediciens are finiced 3august2018. I am tired.
