Medlife — Rude behavior senior agent and Agent | |||
I have been receiving 10 to 15 sales calls from Medlife every day. I have clearly informed the agent on the call to remove my number from the call list so that i do not receive any sales call from them which was acknowledged by the agent on call and promised I would not be receiving the call. However its been 3 days and still I keep receiving the calls from the sales team and it has increased. I called the medlife customer care number and requested to speak to the manager where agent promised he would connect my call to the manager and I was placed on hold for 15 to 20 minutes and no one came back to me and i had to disconnect the call and call them back t have the same experience with 3 different agents. Agents are rude they placed me on hold even after repeatedly telling them not to plce me on hold. Agents d not have any phone eticates and never acknowledge any of my request or provided any soluion. later I got in touch with agent called Umair who connected my cll to the escalation team where I spoke with Kshitiz Jain. I asked Kshitiz to remove all my personal information from there data base so that i would not receive any calls, however the agnet never agreed to delete my personal information from the data base, I requested o speak to his manager for which he rudely answered he cannot do that and he cannot connect my call any where and If i do not wish to speak to him I can hang up the call and he was not willing to help in any means. I requested for hi manager name which was denied. He promised I would be receiving a call back from his manager which I have not received till now. Was this information helpful? | |||
