[Resolved] Medlife — short expiry medicine sent

Medlife has sent short expiry medicines 2 times continuously & its already 15 days they have not taken return pick up inspite of numerous complaints & follow ups. Worst service of medlife. Ref. Order no. Or8438yn-011a & or8438yn-014a.
Also received 2 times sms from ecom (Courier service provider) that the shipment will get picked up today, but no one came for return pick up. Have given complain in medlife mobile app as well as customer care, but till date no resolution provided by the company.

Updated by mka_agr Since its already one month gone, but the company has not bothered to provide the resolution. The company has neither arranged pick up of short expiry stock, nor processed the refund. Numerous complaints has also been given to the customer care also after this but no response. I urge to take strict action to take against the company as the company is sending short expiry stock to the patients & no taking returns inspite of numerous complaints.
