[Resolved] Medlife — significant delay in order, order not getting delivered, complaint not being answered by customer service even after multiple calls

This is regarding order no.. Or6542xg-009a - anil kotwani, [protected]
I have placed this order on 7 february for which i have paid to medlife, from 9 february 2019 daily order is getting rescheduled without my information, when i called to customer care they informed me that it will get delivered by 12 febrary 2019, i have lodged complaint on 10 february on medlife app, also complained on call on 11 february, but there is no response even from senior executives for complaints, i want either my money back or order today other wise it will be of no use to me. I need urgent medicines
