I had ordered for lab tests of my parents on 19th april for the time slot of 8-9am, but the assigned agent didn't turn up for the blood sample collection and my parents had to miserably wait fasting for almost 14hours before knowing that there won't be any collection happening. Am really shocked to experience such a pathetic service from the company
