Medlife — waiting for response and refund

I have bought a oil through your app, had made the payment online but during the delivery your executive asked for money which someone did from my family, so basically i have paid twice for the same thing. Have been trying to register the complaint through app but i m not getting any response. Kindly find my order no-or5331vx-001a and refund me the amount if you seriously want me to order again from you and refer others.
