I placed an order on 28th of jan which stands undelivered till date (17.02.2020). They kept on modifying my order according to themselves telling that there was a shortage. But when i would contact the customer care they said that the order has been marked as urgent and they have the medicine in stock. But again after a few days they would say that it was not available that day. This process has been going on repeat since the first week after order placement. Also they said that they required a physical prescription but haven't send any of the staff to collect it, and i have ordered the same content medicine a lot of times before, and haven't submitted any physical prescription then. They are fooling the customers. Poor service.
