[Resolved] Medlife — wrong delivery, refund not received even after 45 days | |
I ordered one Glucometer but received one copper water bottle and even after multiple requests no step has been taken by Medlife. I raised a complaint with consumer forum once then they have taken return of the copper water bottle. They even took my account details to initiate refund but till date i havent received any refund. Whenever i call customer care, they say that they will initiate refund tomorrow. Even after raising complaint with consumer forum they are not worried. My order ID is OR1631SEA-001A. I received another invoice along with my invoice which is for copper water bottle, ordered from Bangalore. Order ID for copper water bottle is OR0914SEA-001A. They should be strictly punished as there are many other complaints regarding supply of expired medicines. Request you to safeguard public from fraudsters like Medlife
